​How Do I Place A Custom Order?

Custom orders can be placed by contacting us directly. Visit our "contact" page and send us a message. Every custom item is unique and so are the processes to create them. After listening to your desires we will commmunicate a cost, timeline, and detail the steps to create your piece. For more information click here to see how the custom jewelry process works.  *Please note that during busy times we prioritize exisiting Chase Gregory Jewelers clients and those referred by existing cleints. 

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Yes. Our private showroom is available by appointment only. New client minimum order is $5,000. Minimum is waived for clients referred by existing Chase Gregory Jewelers clients.

Payment and Shipping:

We don't want you to have to wait any longer than you have to! We usually ship within 7 days and use fully insured FedEx 1-2 day shipping. If you need your item by a certain date, please call or email us to inform us and we will do everything in our power to accomodate you. 

International clients; please contact us for shipping rates. 

 

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options:

Credit card tranactions are currently processed through PayPal. Cash, Check and Wire options are also available and may result in a discounted price. Please contact us for more information.

Returns & Refunds:

Returns may be made within 7 days of receipt. Custom or Special orders cannot be returned.
You may return your Chase Gregory jewelry in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Chase Gregory Jewelers will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in anyway.
Should you wish to make a return or exchange by mail, please contact us to make arrangements.
Please send back your return or exchange via the provided pre-paid Fedex shipping label. We strongly recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself.
Engraved or sized products cannot be returned to Chase Gregory Jewelers for exchange or refund.
Watch bracelets that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package.
